Enhancements

• Agility Core setup now supports Microsoft SQL Server 2022.

Setup Supports SQL Server 2022

Agility Core setup (installer) now successfully runs when targeting Microsoft SQL Server 2022. The setup process no longer imposes a maximum compatibility level of CL130 on new databases. When setup creates a new database, it does not set a specific compatibility level, allowing the database to use the default compatibility level for the SQL Server version.

What Changed:

• Setup supports Microsoft SQL Server 2022 in addition to SQL Server 2016 and 2019
• Setup no longer restricts compatibility level when creating new databases
• New databases inherit the default compatibility level from the SQL Server instance

Requirements:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 with Full-Text Search component

Fixes

Errors When Accessing Deleted Portfolio Items

Fixed an issue where accessing deleted Epics resulted in "failed to load" error messages for read-only fields such as Progress and Estimate points. Users also encountered a red banner message stating "Your Agility security settings do not permit you to see this item, or the item is missing / no longer available." The system now properly handles deferred fields when loading deleted portfolio items, allowing users with appropriate permissions to view deleted Epics without encountering errors.
