Enhancements​

  • Copied work items no longer inherit the source item's Status.
  • See Portfolio Item and Backlog work progress on a Request at a glance.

Status Not Inherited When Copying Work Items​

When you copy a work item, the new item no longer carries over the source item's Status. The copy's Status is blank, the same as a newly created item, regardless of the source item's Status. This applies to copies made from the Storyboard and from the Copy action available elsewhere in Agility.

See Work Progress on a Request at a Glance​

Track the completion of work generated from a Request without opening the Request and following its relationships.

What You Can Do​

  • Request grid: Add optional columns for Open/Closed Portfolio Item counts, a Portfolio progress bar, and Portfolio % Complete; and Open/Closed Story and Defect counts, a Backlog progress bar, and Backlog % Complete.
  • Request Board: Customize cards to display the Portfolio and Backlog progress bars and % Complete values.
  • Request details page: View both progress bars in the system tracking information section.

Progress is derived from item status only, based on reaching a completed status or being closed, consistent with how Release Planning calculates progress. Progress does not depend on the underlying backlog work of Portfolio Items.
