Agility Version 25.3 Point Release 17

Overview

Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility.

Enhancements

  • View work items in Release Details
  • Query deleted assets with the deleted parameter

View Work Items in Release Details

The Release Details view in Agility Core and Rooms 2 now displays associated work items organized by type. When you open a Release, you can view all related Portfolio Items, Stories, and Defects in separate sections. This organization makes it easier to understand the scope and contents of each release at a glance.

In Rooms 2, access these work items through the new Child Items navigation option, which provides quick access to all Portfolio Items, Stories, and Defects associated with the release.

For more information, see Viewing Project or Release Details and Release Planning Board.

Query Deleted Assets with the deleted Parameter

The query.v1 and api/asset endpoints now support the deleted parameter to include deleted assets in query results. This simplifies API integration by providing a consistent method to retrieve deleted work items across all REST API endpoints.

Previously, you needed to use the IsDeleted attribute in a where clause (for example, where=IsDeleted='True') to include deleted assets. Now, add deleted: true to your JSON query body or deleted=1 as a URL parameter to include deleted assets in the results. Without this parameter, deleted assets remain excluded from query results by default, maintaining backward compatibility with existing integrations.

For more information, see Delete and Recover Backlog Items, Deleting a Defect, and API Query for a Backlog.

Fixes

Resolved an issue where the banner message editor displayed only a few lines of text and used center alignment, which did not match how the banner appeared to end users. The message text box now expands to use more vertical space with top-aligned text. The preview display now matches the actual banner appearance, ensuring administrators can accurately compose and review messages before publishing them to users.

Text Color Contrast on Colored Items

Resolved an issue where text on colored list type items and epic cards did not have sufficient contrast against their background colors, making them difficult to read. The system now automatically selects the highest contrasting text color for all colored items, improving readability on roadmaps, boards, and other views that display color-coded work items.
