Complete Deletion Capability for Room Assets​

The metadata model for Room asset types includes the IsDeleted attribute definition, completing deletion capability for Planning Rooms and Team Rooms. API integrations can query and filter deleted Room assets using the IsDeleted='true','false' filter parameter with query.v1 and api/asset endpoints.

The Room asset type and its derivatives (TeamRoom and PlanningRoom) have metadata support including:

  • AssetState attribute definition
  • IsDeletable attribute definition
  • IsDeleted attribute definition
  • Delete operation

This ensures consistent deletion behavior across all asset types in the API.

Configure Required Fields for Objectives and Key Results​

Administrators can configure required fields for Objective and Key Result asset types through the Global Assets and Required Fields pages. Required field configuration for OKR assets provides the same control available for other asset types in Agility.

Mark any attribute as required to enforce data consistency and ensure teams provide needed information when creating or editing OKRs. The system validates required fields and prevents users from saving until all required fields contain values. Some fields like Name and Title are required by default and cannot be made optional.

Administrators can also control field visibility using display settings in the Global Assets page.
