Enhancements​

  • Added the ability to link portfolio item to any type of public OKRs from Agility.
  • Added the ability to associate closed work items with Objectives and Key Results

Associate Work Items with Public OKRs​

Agility users can now associate a portfolio item or any work item with a public OKR (whether read-only or editable). This capability allows users to:

  • Align their work directly with manager, team, or organizational OKRs.
  • Strengthen visibility into how day-to-day work contributes to strategic outcomes.
  • Support collaboration across teams by connecting individual or portfolio-level efforts with shared objectives.

Associate Closed Work items​

Agility allows users to associate closed work items like Epics, Stories, and others with Objectives and Key Results.

How to Associate Closed Work items with Objectives and Key Results​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu > OKR's.

  2. Select the Objective or Key Result for which you want to associate the closed asset.

  3. Click Show More in the Associated Assets section and click +Add to search for an Asset.

    By default, only open assets are displayed when you search for an asset.

  4. If you want to add the closed asset, click the Filter panel next to the Search bar.

  5. Select the Include closed assets option.

    When you perform a search, the results include both open and closed assets. Closed assets are clearly distinguished by a strike-through, allowing you to easily identify their status.

  6. Search for the closed work item using ID or Title.

  7. From the results, identify the work item and click +Add.

The closed work item is now successfully associated with the selected Objective or Key Result.

Fixes - OKRs​

  • Resolved an issue that prevented users from associating closed work items from the OKR user interface.
  • Fixed sorting issues across all OKR tabs and fields, except custom fields.
