Overview

Enhancements and bug fixes in Agility

Enhancements

• For fields with descriptions, Agility now displays a ? question mark icon. When users hover their mouse over this icon, a tool tip appears, showing the custom field's description. This feature ensures that important information is always accessible without cluttering the interface. When this option is enabled in Agility Preferences, users have to enable this option individually. To turn on this feature perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Profile icon and select Agility Preferences.
  2. In User Preferences scroll down and select Show Field Description Help Icon.

• Added the ability to add the tag to the Planning Level/Project.

• We have added a multi-select feature for user management, allowing administrators to select individual Members using check boxes, with a Select All checkbox toggle in the header for convenience. Additionally, a new Bulk Action control has been added, providing the following bulk actions:

  • Inactivate Users
  • Activate Users
  • Set Admin Privileges with a sub-menu to choose from available role options
  • Enable/Disable Email Notifications
  • Assign Manager

  This enhancement streamlines user administration and simplifies the process of managing multiple users at once.

• Enhanced the filter functionality to allow users to edit applied filters, enabling the addition or removal of filters directly within the filter controls.

• Added an option in the History tab of the Work Item Details page to display only the specific fields that are updated.

• New Analytics Capabilities.

• Added Team filter in portfolio tree to filter results based on Team column, renamed the existing Teams filter as Target Team / Team.

New Analytics Capabilities

As previously announced, Digital.ai Agility Premium Edition debuted new analytic capabilities in the Erawan launch. As of the Agility version 24.2 release, many of these analytic capabilities are now available within the Agility Essential, and Agility Pro Editions.

With the new analytics, you gain a consistent and intuitive experience across our platform, including:

• A robust, AI/ML-enhanced analytics capability
• Simplified user experience with enhanced self-service and easier on-boarding
• Frequent data refreshes, enabling better decision-making*

^*^The number of data refreshes is based upon your Agility Edition.

As part of this update to provide more robust analytic capabilities, we are transitioning from the Legacy Agility Analytics previously provided to more powerful and scalable analytics using the same technology as the Digital.ai Intelligence platform. This move, which will be completed by the end of 2024, offers you a more modern, efficient, and unified analytics experience across all Digital.ai products.

• Fixed the image size issue related to Avatar in Rich Text field.
• Fixed the issue related to the Notification By Email filed. The Required (*) option is no longer displayed next to the Notification By Email field.
