Enhancements and bug fixes in

Enhancements

• Added Team filter in portfolio tree to filter results based on Team column, renamed the existing Teams filter as Target Team / Team.
• Added the ability to filter the closed epics in Portfolio Kanban Board.
• Added the ability to show the help icon (?) next to the field labels for the system defined fields having Descriptions. The help icon (?) next to the field label is displayed only when the Show Field Description Help Icon checkbox is enabled under Agility Preferences.
• As an Agility administrator, now you can identify the changes made to a project workspace. As an administrator you can identify:
  • Who changed the workspace
  • When (date/time) the change was done
  • What Planning level
  • Which field
  • New value of that field
• New Analytics Capabilities.

New Analytics Capabilities

As previously announced, Digital.ai Agility Premium Edition debuted new analytic capabilities in the Erawan launch. As of the Agility version 24.2 release, many of these analytic capabilities are now available within the Agility Essential, and Agility Pro Editions.

With the new analytics, you gain a consistent and intuitive experience across our platform, including:

• A robust, AI/ML-enhanced analytics capability
• Simplified user experience with enhanced self-service and easier on-boarding
• Frequent data refreshes, enabling better decision-making*

^*^The number of data refreshes is based upon your Agility Edition.

As part of this update to provide more robust analytic capabilities, we are transitioning from the Legacy Agility Analytics previously provided to more powerful and scalable analytics using the same technology as the Digital.ai Intelligence platform. This move, which will be completed by the end of 2024, offers you a more modern, efficient, and unified analytics experience across all Digital.ai products.

Fixes

• The average historical estimate velocity (or swag velocity) is now calculated based on work items with a done date within the historical time window, rather than those with a change date. Agility now allows closed workitems to be modified in limited ways, so this way of calculating average velocity provides a more stable, accurate number.
• Fixed the date handling error in Datamart loader.
• Fixed the issue related to the Notification By Email filed. The Required (*) option is no longer displayed next to the Notification By Email field.
