API Rate Limiting
In today's data driven world more enterprises are taking advantage of Agility's API. As users begin to experiment with the API. There are times when a user who is learning can impact Agility performance. These issues mostly stem from unbounded queries or trying to pull too much data at a time. To ensure Agility users receive the best experience, Digital.ai enforces API rate limiting.
API rate limits apply to instances running 22.3, 23.0, 23.1, and beyond.
Limit of 600 seconds of request execution time per 60 seconds
Rollout Schedule
- November 18, 2023: www7 and www8 URLs
- December 2, 2023: www3, www4, www13 and www14 URLs
- December 9, 2023: www11, www12, and www51 through and including www56 URLs
- December 16, 2023: All remaining instances
Fixes
- Addressed a security issue affecting 22.1.7 and newer and any version of 22.2, 22.3, 23.0, 23.1, 23.2, and 23.3 prior to this release. Customers should upgrade to 23.0.20, 23.1.14, 23.2.8, 23.3.2, or newer to get the fix.
- Fixed the issue where Ranking was not visible within the grid view.
- Fixed the issue related to non-responsive Add button in the attachments screen.
