"Is not" filtering is available for grids and boards for most relationships

- Timestamp on Conversations and Activity Stream screens displays the timezone set by the System Configuration settings
- Planning level title shows up correctly in popup when hovering over status column name in the Storyboard and board
- Fixed issue with viewing asset history details
- Values displayed in the Scorecard when broken down by Team are now correct
- In the Edit window, important fields are updated when the scope is changed
- Fixed readability issue with Epic cards in the Roadmaps board
- When using a filter with the 'Contains' criterion, spaces are considered valid characters

- Velocity By Date Report correctly groups workitems on date boundaries
- Installer will now permit valid email addresses with a top level domain that exceeds three characters
